A bio-fermented, skin-loving sleep powder with lemon balm and passionflower, traditionally used in Western herbal medicine as supplements for sleep and to relieve symptoms of mild anxiety.

Mix 1tsp (5g) of powder in 250mL warm (not hot) milk of your choice or water, 1 hour before bed. Sweeten with Manuka honey or stevia to taste. Take an additional serving at bedtime if required.
