RN Tiffany

Tiffany is a Registered Nurse with a background that brings together surgical precision, aesthetic judgement and a genuine passion for helping clients feel confident in their own skin.

After graduating in 2017, Tiffany built her early nursing career across vascular and cardiothoracic nursing, working in highly specialised surgical environments where precision, anatomy and attention to detail were essential. In 2021, she transitioned into aesthetic nursing, working across leading clinics in Melbourne and Hobart before joining the Youth Lab team.

She has also completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Advanced Specialised Nursing through the University of Auckland, reflecting her strong commitment to continued learning, clinical excellence and evidence-informed care.

I grew up on a farm in a small town in New Zealand before heading to an all-girls boarding school. I later moved to Australia to begin my career in aesthetics, and I now proudly call Australia home.

Tiffany’s approach to aesthetics is thoughtful, refined and highly personalised. She has a particular interest in creating natural-looking results that enhance facial balance, support skin quality and preserve what makes each client uniquely themselves.

Rather than approaching aesthetics as a series of individual treatments, Tiffany looks at the face as a whole and develops considered treatment plans around each client’s features, goals and long-term aesthetic journey.

Warm, approachable and meticulous, Tiffany places great importance on making clients feel comfortable, understood and well informed. She believes trust is central to aesthetic care and is known for taking the time to listen, educate and provide honest guidance, including when the best recommendation is to do less.

For Tiffany, the most rewarding part of aesthetic nursing is helping clients feel refreshed, confident and completely themselves. She is excited to bring her experience and philosophy to Youth Lab and to build long-lasting relationships with clients in Perth.
