Dr Emily Alfonsi
Dr Emily Alfonsi is a Cosmetic Physician who cherishes the doctor-patient relationship and strives to assist her patients to achieve natural, yet notable results.
A local medical graduate from the University of Western Australia (UWA), Dr Emily originally pursued a career in Obstetrics and Gynaecology which allowed her to develop a passion for women’s health, surgery and procedural medicine.
However, her desire to treat her patients in a more holistic manner and have continuity of care led her to change her career path and commence specialist training in General Practice in 2020 with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.
She has multiple postgraduate qualifications, going on to acquire her Diploma from the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RANZCOG), and has completed further training in cosmetic and aesthetic medicine, specialising in injectable treatments.
I am a fully qualified Pilates Instructor, holding a Certificate IV in Matwork and Reformer Pilates

Dr Emily brings her unique surgical and family medicine experience together to provide a holistic treatment journey for her patients, with a natural eye for aesthetics. She aims to empower her patients to prevent premature aging and enhance their innate beauty by equipping them with knowledge and the correct tools, and strives to consult with empathy and professionalism.
She utilises her extensive medical knowledge, communication skills and procedural experience to provide a thorough, patient-centred aesthetic approach. She will work with you to enhance your natural appearance with treatments tailored to your particular aesthetic needs and concerns.
Dr Emily’s interests include dermal filler and wrinkle relaxing treatments, and she has a special interest in the cosmeceutical treatment of acne, pigmentation and premature aging. She is looking forward to furthering her training in cosmetic medicine to be able to provide only the most evidence-based and contemporary treatments for her patients.
Dr Emily prides herself on practicing with integrity and confidence, and her pursuit of excellence in aesthetic medicine makes her shine.
