FAQS
Why can’t I see prices for some treatments?
Australian advertising regulations restrict how clinics can communicate information about certain medical treatments that involve prescription-only (Schedule 4) medicines.
As these treatments can only be prescribed after a consultation with a qualified medical practitioner, we’re unable to provide their costs or detailed treatment information online.
Does this mean all treatments are affected?
Not at all.
You’ll still find full pricing and details for our dermal, laser and skin treatments, including facials, peels, light-based therapies (such as BBL, ClearSilk, and Clear V), and other non-prescription services.
Only treatments that may involve prescription-only medicines fall under the advertising restrictions.
Are prescription-based treatments more expensive?
Our pricing remains competitive, and your practitioner will always tailor a treatment plan to your goals and budget. You’ll only ever be quoted for what’s appropriate for your individual needs.
How can I get a quote?
The best way to obtain a quote tailored specifically to you is via a consultation. This allows your practitioner to assess your skin, explain treatment options, and provide a personalised quote with no obligation.
Alternatively, send a message to our AI chat bot, Myla, you may be able to provide a rough pricing guide.
Are there any hidden fees?
At Youth Lab, you’ll always receive full transparency on all costs before proceeding with any treatment. Your practitioner will outline any recommended products, aftercare, or maintenance options during your appointment.
Why do I need a consultation first?
A consultation ensures your treatment plan is safe, personalised, and medically appropriate.
It’s also a chance to ask questions, learn about your options, and understand what’s right for your skin and goals.
