Dr Emily Alfonsi

Dr Emily Alfonsi is a Cosmetic Physician who values a collaborative doctor–patient relationship and is dedicated to providing personalised care with a focus on achieving balanced and natural-looking outcomes.

A local medical graduate from the University of Western Australia (UWA), Dr Emily originally pursued a career in Obstetrics and Gynaecology which allowed her to develop a passion for women’s health, surgery and procedural medicine.

However, her desire to treat her patients in a more holistic manner and have continuity of care led her to change her career path and commence specialist training in General Practice in 2020 with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.

She has multiple postgraduate qualifications, going on to acquire her Diploma from the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RANZCOG), and has completed further training in cosmetic and aesthetic medicine.

She combines her procedural experience and medical knowledge to deliver individualised treatment plans, always centred on safety, balance, and natural-looking outcomes.

Dr Emily’s areas of professional interest include personalised skin health plans, light- and energy-based therapies, and evidence-based approaches to managing common concerns such as acne, pigmentation, and signs of ageing. She continues to pursue ongoing professional development in aesthetic medicine to ensure her practice remains aligned with current clinical evidence and best-practice standards.

Dr Emily is committed to practising with integrity and professionalism, fostering a calm and supportive environment for every patient interaction.
