Madeleine began her career in finance and sports management, representing some of Australia’s top AFL players after moving from North Queensland to Melbourne at just 20 years old.
During her four years in the industry, she developed strong skills in client communication and relationship management before deciding to pursue her passion for caring for others.
This led her to complete a Bachelor of Nursing Science at James Cook University while living abroad in Hungary, where she embraced new cultures and broadened her global perspective. Upon graduating, Madeleine worked in the Emergency Department Short Stay Unit, gaining valuable experience in fast-paced clinical environments.
