Endybleph Eye Rejuvenation

At Youth Lab, we offer the EndyMed EndyBleph treatment, a non-surgical approach to rejuvenating the delicate eye area.

Utilising EndyMed’s 3DEEP™ radiofrequency (RF) technology, EndyBleph is designed to address fine lines, puffiness, and mild skin laxity by delivering controlled heat energy deep within the skin.
This combination treatment targets multiple layers of the skin, helping to restore firmness, refine texture, and promote a smoother, refreshed appearance.

Please note: In line with TGA regulations, we cannot provide detailed treatment information online; a consultation with a practitioner is required to assess your skin, discuss options and pricing, and create a personalised treatment plan specifically for you.

A consultation with one of our practitioners is required. During your comprehensive consultation, your practitioner will carefully assess your skin, discuss your concerns, and provide education around suitable treatment options. A personalised treatment plan will then be created to address your individual needs.

The EndyMed EndyBleph is a unique, two-step eye rejuvenation treatment that combines non-invasive and fractional radiofrequency technologies within a single session. It specifically targets the thin, delicate skin surrounding the eyes,  an area that is often one of the first to show signs of ageing due to collagen loss and reduced skin elasticity.

Over time, the skin around the eyes may develop fine lines, crepiness, and mild sagging, contributing to a tired or aged appearance. EndyBleph is designed to support collagen renewal and dermal tightening.

The treatment uses EndyMed’s patented 3DEEP™ RF technology, which delivers controlled heat through multiple skin layers while protecting the epidermis. This promotes neocollagenesis (new collagen formation) and elastin remodelling which may improve overall firmness and texture.

The Anatomy and Ageing of the Eye Area

The skin around the eyes is among the thinnest and most delicate on the body, often less than half a millimetre thick. It contains fewer oil glands and less subcutaneous fat compared to other areas of the face, making it more vulnerable to dehydration, movement-related creasing, and environmental damage.

Beneath the surface, a fine network of muscles, connective tissue, and lymphatic channels supports the eyelids and surrounding skin. Over time, intrinsic ageing (natural collagen decline) and extrinsic factors such as UV exposure, sleep deprivation, and repeated facial expressions can lead to structural changes in this region.

These include:

  • Thinning of the dermis and reduction in collagen and elastin production
  • Weakening of orbital support structures, allowing fat pads to protrude (creating puffiness or under-eye bags)
  • Loss of dermal hydration and elasticity, leading to crepey texture and fine lines
  • Slower lymphatic drainage, contributing to puffiness or fluid retention
  • Reduced circulation, which may accentuate dullness and dark circles

Because of this complex anatomy, the periocular area often shows the first visible signs of ageing, even in individuals with otherwise youthful skin.

How the EndyBleph Works

EndyBleph combines two complementary treatment modalities in one session to target both deep and superficial layers of the skin:

Step 1 – Fine Radiofrequency (3DEEP RF) Treatment

The first phase uses a specialised non-invasive iFine handpiece to deliver uniform radiofrequency energy to the deeper dermal layers.
This gentle, consistent heating stimulates collagen contraction and renewal, and may help to firm the skin.

  • The skin is gradually heated to approximately 40°C (similar to a warm shower).
  • Skin temperature is closely monitored for comfort and efficacy.
  • Clients typically experience a pleasant, warming sensation without discomfort.

Immediately after, the skin may appear plumper, more hydrated, and subtly lifted.

Step 2 – Fractional Skin Resurfacing (FSR) Treatment

The second phase utilises a fractional radiofrequency handpiece to refine texture and resurface the uppermost layers of skin.

This step delivers RF energy in a grid-like pattern to create microthermal zones of controlled damage, which stimulate healing and collagen renewal.

  • Targets surface irregularities and crepey texture.
  • Encourages smoother, more uniform skin tone.
  • May improve the appearance of fine lines and photodamage.

The FSR step enhances overall rejuvenation by combining deep collagen stimulation with superficial resurfacing.

FAQs

What does the treatment involve?

Your session begins with a comprehensive consultation and assessment of the eye area.

Following cleansing and preparation, your clinician will perform both phases of the treatment.

The procedure is generally comfortable and does not typically require anaesthetic.

  1. The Fine RF handpiece is first applied, gradually heating the deeper skin layers.

  2. The Fractional RF (FSR) handpiece follows, delivering controlled micro-pulses of energy to refine the surface.

Each treatment takes approximately 45 minutes.

Afterwards, the skin may appear slightly pink and feel warm, similar to mild sun exposure.

How long do results last?

The appearance of the skin may gradually improve in the weeks following your treatment as part of the body’s natural renewal process. Individual outcomes vary depending on factors such as skin type, age, and overall condition.

For best results, we generally recommend an initial course of three treatments spaced approximately four weeks apart, followed by occasional maintenance sessions as advised by your practitioner.

Your practitioner will discuss your personalised treatment plan during your consultation, including how to support ongoing results with professional skincare and sun protection.

What happens after my treatment?

Following treatment, you may experience temporary redness, warmth, or mild swelling, which typically subsides within 24 to 48 hours.

There will also be some mild swelling. Some people are more prone to swelling so we advise taking antihistamines pre- and post treatment to resolve any bothersome swelling. Redness and swelling depend on the intensity of the treatment. Small dots (called micro-crusts) from the fractionated energy may also appear. They generally form 1-2 days after the treatment and usually disappear by 7 days. It is important to never pick or scratch at these micro-crusts as this may cause infection and scarring.

Your practitioner will provide detailed aftercare instructions, including skincare recommendations to support comfort and optimal results.

Mineral makeup can be applied the following day if desired.

What are the risks of the treatment?

With any medical treatment there are risks involved.

Expected short-term effects include redness, mild swelling, and temporary micro-crusting.

Rare complications include:

  • Post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation or hypopigmentation

  • Burns, scarring, or infection (very uncommon)

  • HSV (cold sore) reactivation in susceptible individuals

RF treatments are not suitable for individuals who are:

  • Pregnant or breastfeeding
  • Have implanted metal or electronic devices (e.g. pacemakers)
  • Have active skin infections or inflammation in the area
  • Have certain medical conditions (e.g. uncontrolled diabetes, immunosuppression, active cancer)

A detailed medical history and consent process are completed before treatment to ensure safety.
