With over 15 years of dedicated involvement in the dynamic aesthetic industry, Hazel Brown has cultivated a career driven by a passion for merging science with beauty.
Hazel’s journey began with a pivotal shift in 2015 after achieving a Master’s degree in Nursing Science from UWA, sparking her immersion into the world of cosmetic injectables. Her career trajectory has been a dynamic fusion of experiences in cardiology, dermatology, and the specialised realm of cosmetic injectables. From 2017 onward, Hazel focused intensely on refining and broadening her expertise within the field of injectables.
In 2018, Hazel embraced a role as a clinical trainer in aesthetics for multiple esteemed companies, sharing her knowledge and insights to shape the next generation of practitioners. This engagement allowed her to merge her passion for education with hands-on expertise, nurturing aspiring professionals in the nuances of aesthetic medicine.
Hazel’s commitment to continuous growth led her to pursue a Postgraduate Certificate in Advanced Clinical Nursing Practice in 2020. This comprehensive program further elevated her capabilities, enhancing her understanding of advanced clinical techniques and reinforcing her commitment to delivering top-tier care and results to her clients.
Movies are my ultimate escape from the noise of the world. I’ve got a bit of a talent—I can pull out a quote from almost any movie you throw at me. It’s like having a treasure trove of film dialogue in my head!

The opportunity to assume the role of Clinical Nurse Director at Youth Lab was an honour that deeply resonated with Hazel. This position not only allows her to continue her practice in injectables but also empowers her to serve as a state trainer, sharing her knowledge and expertise with a vibrant and dynamic team. Being able to contribute both through hands-on treatment and mentorship is immensely rewarding.
Hazel finds immense joy in continual learning, especially within this ever-evolving industry. Its diversity and rapid evolution are what fuel her passion. Staying at the forefront of new trends and advancements is not just a choice but a commitment she embraces wholeheartedly.
