A consultation with one of our practitioners is required. During your comprehensive consultation, your practitioner will carefully assess your skin, discuss your concerns, and provide education around suitable treatment options. A personalised treatment plan will then be created to address your individual needs.
The EndyMed EndyBleph is a unique, two-step eye rejuvenation treatment that combines non-invasive and fractional radiofrequency technologies within a single session. It specifically targets the thin, delicate skin surrounding the eyes, an area that is often one of the first to show signs of ageing due to collagen loss and reduced skin elasticity.
Over time, the skin around the eyes may develop fine lines, crepiness, and mild sagging, contributing to a tired or aged appearance. EndyBleph is designed to support collagen renewal and dermal tightening.
The treatment uses EndyMed’s patented 3DEEP™ RF technology, which delivers controlled heat through multiple skin layers while protecting the epidermis. This promotes neocollagenesis (new collagen formation) and elastin remodelling which may improve overall firmness and texture.
The Anatomy and Ageing of the Eye Area
The skin around the eyes is among the thinnest and most delicate on the body, often less than half a millimetre thick. It contains fewer oil glands and less subcutaneous fat compared to other areas of the face, making it more vulnerable to dehydration, movement-related creasing, and environmental damage.
Beneath the surface, a fine network of muscles, connective tissue, and lymphatic channels supports the eyelids and surrounding skin. Over time, intrinsic ageing (natural collagen decline) and extrinsic factors such as UV exposure, sleep deprivation, and repeated facial expressions can lead to structural changes in this region.
These include:
- Thinning of the dermis and reduction in collagen and elastin production
- Weakening of orbital support structures, allowing fat pads to protrude (creating puffiness or under-eye bags)
- Loss of dermal hydration and elasticity, leading to crepey texture and fine lines
- Slower lymphatic drainage, contributing to puffiness or fluid retention
- Reduced circulation, which may accentuate dullness and dark circles
Because of this complex anatomy, the periocular area often shows the first visible signs of ageing, even in individuals with otherwise youthful skin.
How the EndyBleph Works
EndyBleph combines two complementary treatment modalities in one session to target both deep and superficial layers of the skin:
Step 1 – Fine Radiofrequency (3DEEP RF) Treatment
The first phase uses a specialised non-invasive iFine handpiece to deliver uniform radiofrequency energy to the deeper dermal layers.
This gentle, consistent heating stimulates collagen contraction and renewal, and may help to firm the skin.
- The skin is gradually heated to approximately 40°C (similar to a warm shower).
- Skin temperature is closely monitored for comfort and efficacy.
- Clients typically experience a pleasant, warming sensation without discomfort.
Immediately after, the skin may appear plumper, more hydrated, and subtly lifted.
Step 2 – Fractional Skin Resurfacing (FSR) Treatment
The second phase utilises a fractional radiofrequency handpiece to refine texture and resurface the uppermost layers of skin.
This step delivers RF energy in a grid-like pattern to create microthermal zones of controlled damage, which stimulate healing and collagen renewal.
- Targets surface irregularities and crepey texture.
- Encourages smoother, more uniform skin tone.
- May improve the appearance of fine lines and photodamage.
The FSR step enhances overall rejuvenation by combining deep collagen stimulation with superficial resurfacing.
